The focus group will keep an outlook and identify international trends in the field, propose strategies for how MTF can strengthen Swedish medical technology research, engage in dialogue with decision-makers and take part in the research policy debate, disseminate knowledge about medical technology research to society, and inspire young people to pursue careers in medical technology research.
Main goal for the focus group was to Create a Scientific Advisory Council
A new Scientific Advisory Council, consisting of five young and distinguished medical technology researchers based in Sweden, was established in 2021. During 2022, the members of the focus group will participate in various international conferences and keep MTF’s members informed about new research findings and emerging trends
