European Society of Cardiology (ESC) 2025

In 2025, the 48th congress of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) will take place in Madrid, Spain, from 29th August to 1st September, 2025. The ESC aims to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease and therefor organizes the biggest cardiovascular congress with over 500 expert sessions about 400 different cardiological topics and more than 200 exhibiting companies contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular medicine worldwide.

At the ESC, experts exchange opinions about important studies and innovations in interventional cardiology focusing on bioresorbable vascular scaffold technology, revascularization strategies for left main coronary artery disease, antithrombotic treatment in patients in need of anticoagulation after percutaneous coronary intervention and many further topics.
