EAPC Membership Platform transition + Circulation of the questionnaire on the role of palliative care professionals in medically assisted dying

As a member of [National Association/Organisation name], you are eligible for free membership of the European Association for Palliative Care (EAPC) and access to a range of EAPC member benefits.
EAPC is currently introducing a new membership platform. As part of our membership relationship with EAPC, we have created a list with the names and email addresses of eligible members of our association/organisation.
Before your details are used to create an EAPC membership account on the new platform, we would like you to confirm that you wish to become an EAPC member.

By completing the form, you confirm that you would like to become an EAPC member and have your membership account created on the new EAPC membership platform (GlueUp).
If you do not wish to become an EAPC member currently, you do not need to take any action. Your details will not be included in the upcoming membership import.
Once your membership has been created, you will receive an email (from GlueUp) with an invitation to register with the new membership platform.
