Recording
The symposium will be recorded and made available to registered participants after the event. Please contact us if you do not wish your presentation to be recorded.
Abstract Submission
An abstract book will be produced for the symposium.
Deadline for abstract submission: 25 February 2026.
Symposium Dinner
Speakers are welcome to attend the symposium dinner on 11 March 2026.
Please confirm your participation by email.

Please inform us as soon as possible of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

A short preparatory digital meeting will be held approximately two weeks before the symposium.
Further details and a meeting link will be sent in advance.
Presentation Upload
Presentations should be submitted by email no later than the day before the talk, or delivered on site via USB.
